How do you use multiple ScriptManager controls in asp.net page?

We cannot use multiple ScriptManager controls in the aspx page. Single ScriptManager control will handle the page requests, partial page rendering, update panel, update progress controls, downloading the Ajax script into client browser and ScriptManager is a control and class as well which is defined in the System.Web.Extensions.dll.
