I have resolved this issue and done the below changes in the IE8 browser

Go to the Tools menu in the IE8

1. Select Internet Options
2. Select Security tab
3. Select Trusted Sited and click Sites button
4. Add http://localhost in the Websites list
5. Close the Trusted sites window and click OK
