I resolved this issue. Increased the receiveTimeout in system.serviceModel at web.config file

    <bindings>
      <basicHttpBinding>
        <binding name="basicHttpBinding_IItinearychkService" transferMode="Buffered" maxBufferSize="2147483647" maxReceivedMessageSize="2147483647" closeTimeout="00:10:00"
      openTimeout="00:10:00"
      receiveTimeout="00:25:00"
      sendTimeout="00:10:00">
  .......

Also check after each wcf service request you have to close the connection properly. Problem resolved now please advice if you have any other.
